Because we have an established client base and are considered a trustworthy brand, we regularly receive new private tutor job openings and are able to match talented tutors with appropriate students.
We handle Advertisement & Promotion
We handle all advertising and promotion for our tutors, including featuring our longest-standing tutors prominently on our website, newsletters, brochures and blog.
Flexibility
We don't have a minimum or maximum number of hours that we require our tutors to teach. We simply notify them when there are suitable jobs available and they can choose to accept or decline the job.
We handle the Payments
Clients pay up-front with their Mobile Money, direct cash or by bank transfers. We transfer the payment directly to into your bank account in 72 hours after the tutoring session is completed. If it is an ongoing tutoring programme, Learnex Gate pays weekly or monthly depending on the tutor’s request.

Sliding Pay Scale
As tutors gain more students and client feedback, they have the opportunity to move to higher rates on the sliding pay scale that is based on qualifications and teaching experience.
