Students’ Rate & Review Each Session
Ratings are very important. Students or Parents are required to rate their tutor after their session and you can view all of a tutor’s ratings by clicking on their profile. Tutors are rated on both knowledge of the material and presentation of the material.

Tutors Guarantee Their Services
When a student books a tutor, their Debit Card is charged but the funds are held for 48 hours before being transferred to the tutor’s account in Learnex Tutors. If a student wants their money back for any reason, 100% of the funds are returned to the student instead of the tutor. Tutors are simply not allowed to sign up for Learnex Tutors unless they first agree to guarantee their services. Therefore, there is absolutely no risk for you to book a tutor, as your money is safe with Learnex Tutors should there be a problem. As you can imagine, this means that only the best tutors sign up in the first place.
