Application Process

The process entails:

• Selection: Finding educational institutions that best match the educational goals, academic background and financial standing of families.
• Document Processing: We handle applications and correspondence related to school selection.
• Credential Evaluation: For an additional fee, we able to arrange for the evaluation and validation of high school and or university transcripts and credentials.
• Notification: Learnex Choice notifies clients about the process of admission and acceptance into educational institutions or otherwise and the requirements for completing the procedure.

Documents Required:

• Current official bank statement (usually issued within the past year)
• Official post-secondary transcripts
• Official test scores if applicable
• Copy of Passport Biodata Page
• Photographs (the number required, depends on the institution involved)

Student Entry Visa Facilitation

All international students are required to obtain study permit or student visas before they can be allowed entry into Ghana or any other country for studies. We offer advisory services for student entry permits/visas. Where and when necessary, our visa liaison officers do accompany students to embassies/high commissions for this purpose.
